The 1st Annual CCAMU Christmas on Sunday, December 16 at the Perth Civitan Club Hall, County Road #43 towards Smiths Falls. Holiday Concert featuring Terry Tufts, Katheryn Briggs, Neville Wells, Frank Morrison will be singing your favourite Christmas songs with special guests Joey Wright, Dwain Scudder and more. Steaming cups of Hot Chocolate & Mulled Cider plus specially prepared Christmas treats will be available. CCAMU is the landowners and concerned citizens to stop the Uranium mine. $20 admission  doors 2pm.

Their will be a benefit dance from 12 Noon to 6:00pm on Saturday, December 29th at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 96, 180 Park Street (Brockville) for Janet & Steven Weeks and their 5-year old daughter Leota who recently lost their Seeley's Bay home and contents during a massive fire; they had no insurance.
