| Each year
on June 15, citizens of Kingston gather to celebrate the city's unique
place in history - the place where a patchwork of government became an
integrated system, and set the framework for today's government of Canada.
Revenue from the sale of "Kingston Rocks!" will support next year's First
Capital Day project programming.
