Kingston
Punk Productions, CFRC 101.9 FM presents A SIGHT FOR SEWN EYES + Bare Bones
+ Lifestory: Monologue + guests at Time To Laugh Comedy Club, 394 Princess
Street.
The Halifax based
metal quintet, bring it all to the table at every show. The energy they
have in their stage performance is just as intense and spine chilling as
the music they create. When you throw together the forceful drumming and
raging guitars. Along with the fierce bass lines and the power and range
of the vocals you have enough balls to take on Chuck Norris! The band consists
of bassist Josh Hanusiak, guitarist Andrew Benoit, Andrew Buchanan on vocals
along with Ben Leathm on drums and John Walsh on guitar. On their MySpace
under the bio section they have; "Fuck a bio, come out". They've got it
right, go see them live they're fantastic!
All-Ages/Licensed
event 6-10pm. $10 advance tickets available at Brian's Record Option, The
Jungle, Tricolour Outlet (Queen's) and www.ticketscene.ca.

Born
in Winnipeg, Manitoba, he moved to Toronto in 1983 to pursue a career as
a comedian. Kenny Robinson has been performing as a stand-up comedian and
actor for more than 25 years. Kenny Robinson has been touring across North
America winning both audiences and critical acclaim with his raucous, irreverent,
profane and opinionated brand of "in your face" style of comedy and social
commentary. Kenny Robinson has appeared at the renowned Montreal Just for
Laughs Comedy Festival, Laffapalooza Urban Comedy Festival in Atlanta,
The CBC Winnipeg Comedy Festival, Zanies, L.A.'s Comedy Store and Improv,
has had his own CBC television special of Comics. Kenny is also the founder
of the Nubian Disciples All Black Comedy Revue, (performed at comedy clubs
for over 10 years) and Toronto's Soul'd Out Comedy Festival. Over his career,
Kenny has shared the stage with such comedians as Chris Rock, Dave Chappelle,
Jim Carrey, Norm McDonald, Russell Peters, Robert Schimmel, Tommy Davidson,
Tommy Chong, Margaret Cho, Phyllis Diller, and Sam Kinison. He has headlined
at comedy clubs throughout Canada and the U.S., and been featured in nearly
30 different television programs and movies. He has also earned accolades
as the creator, writer and host of the edgy late-night series After Hours
with Kenny Robinson on the Comedy Network. In 1998 he was chosen by NOW
Magazine as their Comic of the Year. Robinson has co hosted The Gemini
Awards, as well being twice nominated for his groundbreaking CBC television
special Thick and Thin. He has appeared in his own late-night TV series,
After Hours (2001), as well as the Gemini-nominated CBC specials Thick
and Thin with Ronnie Edwards. He also played the recurring character Jellybean
on the series Doc with Billy Ray Cyrus.
Thomas Fairley is hilarious! Kingston born
and raised he's a Comedian Idol Winner and has a giant baby, you'll love
him!
Kingston native Ryan Dennee began his comedy
career in 2006. Combining high energy story telling with his powerful ability
to go "off the cuff" and work the crowd, Ryan has become one of the premiere
MC's in the industry. Performances at the Waterloo, Bracebridge and Kingston
comedy festivals, along with several TV appearances and commercials, Ryan
has abruptly amassed an impressive resume. Ryan currently tours the country
with Yuk Yuk's, North America's largest chain of comedy clubs. |

America, including The Improv in New York, The Comedy Store in Los Angeles
and Yuk Yuk's across Canada. Lawrence has appeared at The Molson Canadian
Toronto Comedy Festival and Montreal's Just For Laughs International Comedy

Just For Laughs Comedy Festival Galas. Lawrence has also acted in several
television shows in Canada over the past decade. Lawrence was also the
head writer for The Comedy Network's flagship talk show, Open Mike with
Mike Bullard.
Rob Bebenek is an 85 year old woman trapped
in the body of a fat Matt Damon. Never one to shy away from the issues,
his rapier wit and cheap Lavender scent is a hit in North America, Europe,
and Antarctica. "The man kills everywhere he goes!' - victim of Bebenek's
comedy once said after being paid poorly to do so. So vote Rob Bebenek
for president of Comedy! After all, he's the only funny one! |

Working
professionally as a comedian since 1994 and as a national touring headliner
since 1996, Chuck Byrn has the experience and knowledge to ensure your
show or event is a success. Having performed in almost every conceivable
circumstance, chuck adjusts his performance to suit the situation. Be it
a formal awards dinner, a casual staff party or a large boisterous group
of clients in from out of town… Chuck will put on a show suitable to the
situation.
Trevor Thompson has been described as "edgy,
crazy, and totally likeable" by a couple of industry big shots. He has
been described as "sucky-ass and uppity" by the folks at the Renfrew Legion.
His comportment on stage has also led some to describe him as "unpredictable."
If you look very carefully, you can briefly see Trevor's left elbow in
a deleted scene from Train 48 . Trevor enjoys reading travel guides to
countries he has no plans on visiting. Trevor typically does not refer
to himself in the third person so much. Trevor is a hard working man. |
