If
anything, Terror's goal is to bring back the good natured release of circle
pits and stage dives as well as the finger-pointing anthems that were once
integral to the hardcore scene. In its infancy, the band represented everything
overzealous bouncers hated, and Vogel encouraging the crowd to “elevate
the maximum stagedive potential” didn’t always sit well with the LA venues
they packed with sweaty kids fed-up with aimless music. Their new album
The Damned, The Shamed is out now and are touring North America with just
two stops in Ontario... Toronto... and here!

bring patients some relief by giving them a laugh or two through comedy
show ExtravaGANJA's. We also support the wonderful work of Canadians for
Safe Access (safeaccess.ca).

Paul
Myrehaug is a unique blend of small town party and hip urban style, a combination
that has launched him into the national spotlight. His laid back
brand of comedy is a hit from the Yukon to the Dominican Republic. In addition
to being a fixture of the club and college circuit, Paul has also been
featured on XM Radio-Laugh Attack channel, the 2007Just for Laughs Festival,
Vancouver Comedy Festival, Whistler Comedy Festival, the Yukon Rendezvous
Festival and the 2007 Halifax Comedy Festival on CBC. He has cemented his
status as one of Canada’s top young comics. Most recently, Paul was the
winner of Yuk Yuk’s 2007 Great Canadian Laugh Off $25,000 Grand Prize!!
On stage Paul is disarmingly candid and thoroughly likable. He delights
in taking chances rather than following a scripted routine. The result
is a memorable performance that belies his youth and leaves audiences screaming
for more. Plus, his last name is really fun to say. With all these
attributes, Paul Myrehaug is headed for a very bright future.
Paul Haywood is a comic performer with
all the tools. He is a stand-up comic who can truly adapt to any situation,
He offers lanky, loony, silly perspectives on the urban experience, Relationships,
Politics, and everyday life. His act is a mosaic of all the zany people
he has met, put up with, dated, or ran away screaming from over the years.
He is a very bankable performer with over 20 comedic commercials, on 3
continents. He’s appeared on “Open Mike with Mike Bullard”, “Elvira Kurt’s
Adventures In Comedy”, and the “Just for Laughs Festival”. |

This
eclectic and extremely unique singer was born in the small Israeli town
of Acre, a region thanfully marked by the peaceful co-existence of Jews
and Arabs. From these early beginnings, she learned to embrace the varying
cultures and dialects of her homeland, and developed an appreciation of
Israel's diverse musical heritage. These multicultural roots come to a
full blossom through her voice as she sings primarily in Ladino, but also
Hebrew, French, English, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, and even Chinese! Having
performed to welcoming audiences at last years Canadian Music Week in Toronto,
she is now back in Canada temporarily, performing major shows such as The
Ashkenaz Festival and Small World Music Festival in Toronto. Daddo will
be accompanied by her husband Yuval Keidar (classical guitar/keyboards)
and a few of Kingston's finest professional musicians to create a Sephardic/Klezmer-Styled
ensemble, modernizing arrangements of ancient and often romantic Mediterranean
songs. Music lovers of Kingston, let's make their long trip worthwhile
and support such a unique musical experience!

Bob
Keele. is a fast paced, high energy stand up comedian that has performed
all over the world. He has a wonderful view of Canadians, and a bent but
clever way of expressing these observations to the audiences, be it in
London, England or Moncton, New Brunswick. Bob started out in Vancouver
in the early eighties with the likes of Ryan Stiles (Drew Carey Show) and
Pat Mckenna (Traders, Red Green Show) and has been a top headliner with
Yuk Yuks, the world's largest chain of comedy clubs. He has toured as the
opening act for international stars such as Steven Wright and The Tragically
Hip. His corporate body of work is tremendous with National Tours for the
elite of the Fortune 500, and has entertained at several world class Golf
tournaments and PGA sponsored functions (excellent golfer as well!). Bob
has appeared in several movies and national commercials. He also teaches
a course on humour in the workplace, and has taught creative writing and
stand up at Mt. Royal College in Calgary, Alberta. One of the top comedians
in Canada.
A Canadian Comedy Award winner, opening
for the current Prince Of Comedy himself, Dave Chappelle, and a host on
MTV Canada, the sky's the limit for comedian Gilson Lubin. Racking up one
of the more impressive resumes in his short time as a comedian can make
him seem as a veteran at times, but it’s his calm demeanor and his love
for the stage that makes Gilson one of the more sought after comedians.
The opportunity to catch Gilson’s show is one you shouldn’t miss. This
young man is ready for it all. |

event, or a couple of thousand in a New York City Theatre. Freddy is a
seasoned comedian and has performed to adoring audiences throughout North
America . His high energy performance, peppered with precise impressions
has made Freddy an audience favorite for over nineteen years. Freddy
continues to delight fans by drawing his humour from life experiences and
his Italian heritage. Freddy Proia is a true performer who genuinely has
fun on stage, his energy and love for performing is contagious, and will
keep you buzzing long after the show is done. Freddy has had the privilege
of taking the stage at several prestigious theatres throughout North America
including; The Markham Theatre, The O’keefe Centre, The Toronto Centre
for the Performing Arts, New Jersey Centre for the Performing Arts, Boston’s
Emerson Majestic Theatre, Staten Island University Theatre, Hamilton Place,
Kingswood Music Theatre at Wonderland, and many more.
Always a bit twisted and mysterious, Donnie
Coy has a hint of the Everyman in him and has excelled in comedy for over
a decade. Easily identified in Canada as the "mad hatter" of comedy, his
blue-collar approach to humor is a hit across Canada and the United States.
He's witty, a little dangerous and always first-class. His real-life observations
are contemporary and often wander to the edge of the abyss. There's something
wild smoldering under his rough and tumble exterior,; however, his approach
to comedy is challenging and his topical range provocative. Donnie Coy
- a true comic genius: smart, sarcastic, sweet, and sour. He's everything
you want in a comedian and more, much much more. |

Rob
Pue has become one of the brightest young comedic voices to hit the scene
in the past few years. Rob is already amassing an impressive comedy resume
that includes winning the prestigious 28th Annual San Francisco International
Comedy Competition and was featured in The New Faces showcase at the Just
For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal. Rob moved to Los Angeles in early
2004 and was immediately cast as a regular on the hit MTV series Punk’d.
He can also be seen on Comedy Central’s Premium Blend.
Conceived in Belleville, born in Toronto
and now residing in Ottawa with his wife and two children, Mike is a seasoned
pro. Bringing his unique style and observations about life, from the absurd
to the mundane, love, which is both absurd and mundane, and the pursuit
of a perfect lawn, he’s guaranteed to provide people with a good night
out. Having once been voted the funniest man in Ottawa he’s since travelled
performing in clubs, halls, and military bases from coast to coast. Mike
has a appeared at Just for Laughs Festival 2003 Homegrown Comic Competition
and on CBC Radio's Definitely not the Opera Madly off in all Directions. |
