Rotary / Lions Bingo every Wednesday at
7:00 PM at the Napanee Lion's Hall.
Take a trip down memory lane every Monday
night with local and visiting classic car enthusiasts. The Napanee Valley
Cruisers hosts a Cruise Night every Monday from 6PM to 8PM until October
5th at the No Frills north-end parking lot by the pharmacy drive-through.
You'll get to see a great collection of old cars, talk with their owners
and hear fabulous music from the 50s and 60s. The Napanee Valley Cruisers
welcomes new members and visitors. If you've got an old car, be sure to
bring it out. There's no charge for spectators or show cars. The car club
has various fund raising events throughout the car season. Last year, they
made generous donations to the Salvation Army, the Lennox and Addington
Hospital Foundation and Clothes for Kids.

The Napanee Scarecrow Festival on October 3,
2009 starts at 7:30 AM with a delicious Pancake Breakfast. From 10 AM to
4 PM watch or participate in a variety of family fun events such as the
pumpkin carving workshop & contest, live music, kids games & activities,
hay wagon rides, pictures in the scarecrow stockade, 4-H BBQ, corn roast
& calf judging demonstration, square dancing, local artisian vendors,
rural olympics where you enter a team and compete in three events (log
sawing, nail driving & hay bale rolling) & much much more!!
